The practice has a Patient Participation Group which meets every 2 months with the practice to discuss the working of the practice and help feed back any issues that have been raised with them.

The group runs a volunteer transport service to help bring those with transport difficulties into the diabetic clinic.

The group is currently looking to recruit new members bith for the group and to support the voluntary transport scheme. If you are interested contact Brian Ponton, the Practice Manager.

The practice welcomes feedback, both positive and negative and in tandem with the practice, the patient group has launched a feedback system called Something to Say in the waiting room - it is a postcard based scheme to encourage people to feed back any issues that may not be big enough to warrant a complaint.

Postcards and post-box are now available in the waiting room - please do use them.
