eConsult

The practice has introduced the eConsult service to give our patients access to self help information, links to local services and advice and support from the practice.

You can use eConsult to ask about results or to request a sick line or advice about medication.

If you have a clinical problem you can securely start your consultation online at any time and receive feedback and advice from the practice before the end of the next working day and usually the same day. You may not need to attend the surgery as many problems can be dealt with over the phone or by video consultation.

Once you have submitted your eConsult questionnaire it will be reviewed by our clinical team and you will be contacted by the practice with: email advice, arrangement for a telephone or video consultation with the most appropriate team member or arrangement for a face to face appointment.
